When you use the SureLoadr mobile app, we may collect app activity needed to operate the service, such as account status, subscription status, broker searches, credit result access, support requests, and basic device or diagnostic information.

How we use information

We use information to create and manage user accounts, provide broker credit intelligence, process subscription access, respond to support requests, improve the app and website, investigate reported payment issues, and communicate important service updates.

We may use contact information to send account confirmation emails, password reset emails, trial or subscription notices, and support-related messages.

Credit data and third-party sources

SureLoadr provides business information, credit scores, payment trends, authority indicators, and related broker-risk information. Some information may be received from third-party data providers, public records, payment aging files, trade experiences, or other business reporting sources.

SureLoadr does not arbitrarily assign credit ratings or payment trends. Credit-related information may be based on third-party data submitted on a periodic, including monthly, basis and may be delayed, incomplete, disputed, or unavailable.

Subscriptions and payment processing

Mobile app subscriptions may be processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, or related payment and subscription service providers. SureLoadr does not receive or store full credit card numbers from Apple or Google in-app purchase transactions.

Sharing information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help operate SureLoadr, including hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics, subscription management, customer support, and payment or app-store processing providers.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, to investigate abuse or fraud, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Subscription cancellation is handled through the App Store or Google Play when purchases are made through those platforms.

Children

SureLoadr is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
