SureLoadr LLC
Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 10, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how SureLoadr LLC (“SureLoadr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the SureLoadr website, mobile applications, reports, data, monitoring, API, and related products and services (collectively, the “Services”). It applies to visitors, account holders, and app users.
By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and to our Conditions of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide directly. This includes your name, company name, phone number, email address, account login credentials, billing and contact details, support requests, contact-form submissions, and information you submit such as past-due invoice or non-payment reports.
Information collected automatically. When you use the website or app, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information, such as device and browser type, IP address, app and page activity, searches and reports accessed, subscription and account status, log data, and diagnostic information, including through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 3).
Information from third parties. We receive data from third-party and public sources used to provide the Services — including government and public records (such as FMCSA), commercial data providers, payment-aging and trade-experience files, and information from app stores and payment processors about your subscription status.
3. Cookies, analytics, and tracking technologies
We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the site, and understand usage.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to measure and improve site performance and understand how visitors use the Services; Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data on our behalf. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or your browser’s cookie controls.
Security. We use a bot-protection and security service to help protect forms and accounts from automated abuse, which may set cookies or process technical signals for that purpose.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Services function. We honor applicable legal requirements regarding cookies and tracking.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- create and manage accounts and authenticate users;
- provide broker credit reports, carrier vetting, scores, monitoring, alerts, and other Services;
- process subscriptions, payments, trials, and billing;
- respond to support requests and communicate service, account, and security updates;
- operate, maintain, secure, analyze, and improve the Services;
- investigate and address reported payment issues, misuse, fraud, or abuse; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as described here:
- Service providers (subprocessors) who perform functions on our behalf — such as website and application hosting, database and authentication, payment processing, subscription management, email delivery, analytics, and security and bot-protection providers — who may access information only to perform services for us and are bound to protect it;
- Legal and safety purposes — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights and users, or investigate fraud or abuse;
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
6. Information about brokers and carriers
The Services include reports, scores, and directory information about businesses such as freight brokers and motor carriers. This information is drawn largely from public records (including FMCSA) and commercial and user-submitted business data, and is provided for commercial evaluation purposes. It is not a consumer report and is not intended for any purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
If you are associated with a broker or carrier and believe information displayed about your business is inaccurate or outdated, contact support@sureloadr.com and we will review the request.
7. Payment processing
Website subscriptions are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe), and mobile app subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. These processors handle your payment details under their own terms and privacy policies. SureLoadr does not receive or store full payment card numbers.
8. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
9. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no website, app, or method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your privacy rights and choices
You may request to access, update, or correct your account information, ask a privacy question, or request deletion of your SureLoadr account. Account deletion instructions are available at https://www.sureloadr.com/delete-account. You can also manage or cancel subscriptions through your account or, for app-store purchases, through the App Store or Google Play.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) or similar state laws — including the right to know or access the personal information we hold, request deletion or correction, and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. As stated above, we do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@sureloadr.com. We will verify and respond to requests as required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where permitted.
11. Children’s privacy
The Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
12. International users
SureLoadr is based in the United States and the Services are operated in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
13. Third-party links and services
The Services may link to or reference third-party websites, data, or services that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and material changes may be communicated through the Services.
