User account deletion only

This page is for requesting deletion of a SureLoadr user account. It does not remove, suppress, or change business credit files, broker credit ratings, payment trends, public records, third-party credit data, payment aging data, trade experiences, or business information maintained for reporting, compliance, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.

If you are a freight broker, carrier, shipper, factoring company, or other business asking about credit-file data, please contact support@sureloadr.com. Those requests are reviewed separately from user account deletion requests.

How to request user account deletion

To request deletion of your SureLoadr user account, email support@sureloadr.com from the email address connected to your SureLoadr account.

Please use the subject line “Delete my SureLoadr user account” and include your full name, company name, account email address, and phone number if it is connected to your account. We may ask for additional information to verify that you are authorized to make the request.

What user account information may be deleted

After we verify your request, SureLoadr may delete or deactivate account information associated with your user profile, including your name, company name, phone number, email address, login profile, and app account access where technically and legally available.

Deleting your SureLoadr user account means you may lose access to app features, saved account settings, subscription access, and related user-profile information.

Information we may retain

SureLoadr may retain information when required or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, tax, audit, dispute, operational, or business-record purposes.

Business credit information, freight broker data, public records, third-party credit data, payment aging data, trade experiences, and report history may be retained when the information relates to a business entity, credit file, third-party reporting source, or SureLoadr business records rather than only an individual user account.

Subscriptions and billing

Deleting your SureLoadr user account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. If you purchased through Apple or Google, you must cancel the subscription through your Apple account or Google Play account settings.

Timing

We review deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. Some requests may take additional time if we need to verify the account owner, resolve billing or support issues, or meet legal and business-record obligations.
